Role Description

– reate detailed 3D visualizations of interior and exterior designs.

– Collaborate with architects and designers to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.

– Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality renderings.

– Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural visualization techniques.

– Participate in client presentations and meetings to communicate design ideas effectively.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in 3D visualization for architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and other architecture and presentation software.

– Strong understanding of design principles and spatial awareness.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of solution architecture principles
  • Experience in integration of architectural components
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field
  • Experience with CAD software and other architectural design tools is a plus
