The Alert Group is comprised of two subsidiaries: Alert Microfinance Bank (MFB) and Auto Bucks. Alert MFB is a profitable deposit-taking microfinance bank that operates in Lagos with a mission to empower Micro and SME entrepreneurs across Nigeria through the provision of tailor-made financial services. Auto Bucks is a non-deposit taking MFI focused on SME lending that is launching soon. The Alert Group is committed to driving the growth and development of Nigerian business owners and entrepreneurs.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos as the Head of Digital at Alert Group. The Head of Digital will be responsible for overseeing the digital strategy and transformation of the Alert Group, managing projects and team leadership, and conducting web analytics to drive business growth and development.
Qualifications
- Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy expertise
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience in Team Leadership
- Expertise in Web Analytics
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the microfinance or banking industry is a plus
