Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Growth at Farmlot Limited in Abeokuta. The Head of Growth will be responsible for leading all growth activities, including customer acquisition, growth marketing, sales, and business development. The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Growth Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Growth Hacking skills
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the agriculture or tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
