Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Growth at PharmaServ. The role is based in Lagos with some work from home flexibility. The Head of Growth will be responsible for overseeing growth marketing, customer acquisition, growth hacking, sales, and business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Growth Marketing and Customer Acquisition skills
- Growth Hacking expertise
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
