
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations at LLGM in Maryland, Lagos. The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operational tasks, manage teams, communicate effectively, and handle budgeting responsibilities.
The scope of work covers,
Business Development
- New Sales and Marketing initiatives
 - Business expansion into new markets.
 - Setting and achieving sales targets
 - B2B Development
 - Introduction of new products
 
Operations Management
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and polices for each department
 - Business Process Review
 - Provide oversight for the production team
 
Human Resources
- Staff training
 - Appraisal and performance management
 
Customer Service
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
 - Manage customer data base
 - Develop customer referral and loyalty system
 - Conduct customer service survey quarterly
 
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Team Management skills
 - Experience with startups
 - Analytical Skills
 - Strong Communication skills
 - Budgeting experience
 - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
 - Experience in a similar role within the career or professional development industry
 - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
