PWAN PRO is looking for a candidate to fill the following vacancy of CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST. The candidate will;
Responsibilities
- Handling Inquiries: Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner over the phone, email, or chat.
- Providing Information: Providing product or service information, solving issues, and advising customers on how to use products successfully.
- Resolving concerns: Responding to consumer concerns, investigating difficulties, and determining satisfactory solutions.
- Processing Orders and Returns: Helping clients place orders, execute returns or exchanges, and track shipments.
- Maintaining Records: Accurately recording customer contacts, transactions, complaints, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Following Up: Contacting clients to check that issues are rectified and that they are satisfied with the solution offered.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate with B.sc and have completed NYSC
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Must be conversant with using Microsoft packages, word, excel, power point e.t.c
- 0-2 years working experience
- Ability to remain calm and work under pressure.
- Must be living on the island
