Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager, located in Lekki phase1 , Lagos . The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and administering all HR-related duties for the organization. This includes managing employee benefits, recruiting, hiring, training, and maintaining compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources management
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, practices, handling and resolving employee relations issues, and working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational, time management and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
