Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources programs and policies, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and performance management. Other responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing and implementing HR training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and performance management
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources Management (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
