We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of the organisation. They will oversee talent acquisition, consult with top executives on strategic planning, and serve as a link between the management and the employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Advise and assist managers in addressing employee-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, performance management, and recognition programs.
  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Stay up to date with changes in labor legislation and proactively address any potential risks or issues.
  • Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • BSc. in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have worked in the Real Estate Industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
