Responsibilities

• Introduce and implement best-in-practice human resource management policies and procedures
• Implement the right recruitment and hiring policies to attract and retain the best talents.
• Introduce and implement an effective performance management system in the organisation
• Manage salary, compensation, and pension administration and ensure pay equity
• Ensure the organisation’s compliance with all labour laws and regulations
• Manage the training and development functions of the organisation.
• Manage employees’ welfare and employees’ relations to ensure a high employee engagement index in the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or relevant experience
• 7+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Ability to create a culture of integrity, inclusiveness, collaboration, and teamwork
• Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
• Experience in the logistics sector would be an advantage
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Membership of the CIPM, or/and other HR professional qualification is a must.
• Attention to detail and good judgement
