Human Resources Operations Manager at Absolute Recruiters

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the recruitment agency.

• Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.

• Lead and mentor recruitment teams, providing coaching and support.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their recruitment needs.

• Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices.

• Implement and optimize recruitment software and systems.

• Contribute to strategic planning and development of agency objectives.

• Monitor and maintain quality assurance in recruitment processes.

• Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a recruitment agency.

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and client management.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

• Ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes.

• Knowledge of recruitment software and systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
