This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist at Digitpen Hub. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, implementing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management duties.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Personnel management expertise
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with HR software systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
