Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria for a Community Specialist. The Community Specialist will be responsible for fostering engagement within the community, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with community members, handling their inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves organizing community events and activities to strengthen community bonds and collaboration. The Community specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining an active, engaged, and inclusive community across all Makintouch platforms. This role will focus on fostering relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to encourage active participation and drive business growth.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Community Management experience
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology for community management
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in community management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Community Building: Ability to build and nurture online communities.
  • Event Planning: Experience in planning and hosting events, including webinars and workshops.
  • Analytics: Ability to track and analyze community metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • AI Content Creation: Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools, including text-to-video, avatars, and human twins.
