SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Marketing Lead to join our marketing agency. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development: Collaborate with senior team members to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content, and digital advertising.
Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling, on-brand content for multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with clients’ branding and messaging guidelines.
Client Management: Support client communications by participating in meetings, preparing reports, and updating clients on campaign progress and performance metrics.
Market Research: Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy and identify trends and opportunities for client campaigns.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops for marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet agency standards.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and social media teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Brand Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of brand strategies for clients, from positioning to messaging and campaign direction.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and client KPIs, offering actionable insights and highlighting areas for improvement.
