JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that align with the client’s needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for TeamAce and its clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in sales and/or business development.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently , with a strategic mindset and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
