Role Description

Summary

The Lead Operational Strategist will design and implement operational strategies that enhance the efficiency and scalability of our digital learning platforms and educational services. This role is pivotal in aligning technology-driven solutions with organizational goals, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to drive innovation and learner success.

Key Responsibilities

– Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that support the organization’s mission and goals, focusing on scalability and efficiency.

– Process Optimization: Analyze current operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to streamline workflows.

– Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration across departments, ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards common objectives.

– Technology Integration: Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve the learner experience.

– Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies and make data-driven decisions.

– Innovation: Drive continuous improvement through innovative approaches, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the EdTech space.

– Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging professional growth.

– Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure operational strategies align with organizational objectives and learner needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operational strategy, preferably in an EdTech or education-related environment.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technologies.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
