Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director for BigMerce LTD, a subsidiary of DjMax LLC. This full-time, remote role involves comprehensive oversight and direction of the company’s operations. The Managing Director will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring financial prosperity, and fostering organizational growth. A key aspect of this position is the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with the company’s overarching objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational, financial, and administrative functions of BigMerce LTD.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees.
  • Drive the company’s financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans to meet short-term and long-term goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of corporate governance.

Qualifications

  • Proven business acumen with expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, coupled with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering stakeholder relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A Master’s or advanced degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years in executive leadership roles, with a track record of successful management.
