Position Overview:

We are looking for a mid-level Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This remote role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance to a Pre-Business Development Manager and eventually a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate must be skilled in lead generation, business analysis, and market research, and will have a proven track record in identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify potential clients within the aircraft and automotive industries.
  • Utilize different tools to identify and connect with key decision makers.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze business needs and develop tailored sales pitches and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Present our services effectively to potential clients and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine sales strategies and goals.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Strong lead generation skills, with experience using various tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with phonetically clear and fluent English.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct detailed business analysis and market research.

Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected with the team.

Previous experience in the aircraft or automotive detailing industry is a plus.

Desired Requirements:

Minimum of 2-4 years in a business development or sales executive role.

Examples of successfully closed deals, including details on deal size and client impact.

Significant achievements in lead generation and business development.

Experience with remote work and managing sales activities virtually.
