Position Summary
As a Media Associate at Homgrove Technologies Limited, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand through captivating visual content and strategic media campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and distributing high-quality imagery and video content that showcases our properties and resonates with our target audience. Your creative flair, attention to detail, and proficiency in various media tools will contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
Your job role as a Media Associate will be primarily to:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media strategies that align with overall brand goals and initiatives.
- Create visually appealing and engaging photo and video content for use across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
- Manage Homgrove’s social media accounts to engage with potential guests, share updates, and promote special offers.
- Film properties, capturing their unique features, amenities, and atmosphere.
- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots, coordinating with property managers and stakeholders as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in vacation rental marketing, digital media, and hospitality industry practices.
- Monitor the performance of media content and campaigns, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Support the marketing team in creating compelling multimedia presentations for internal and external purposes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, digital marketing trends, and content optimization strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all media assets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for real estate is a plus.
