Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive for our Manpower Provision Service company, you will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts and closing deals with potential clients. The role is commission-based, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a competitive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our Manpower Provision Services.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target companies and establish contact.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our Manpower Provision Services.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Collaborate with the operations team to create tailored proposals that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Clearly communicate service offerings, pricing, and contractual terms to clients.
  • Deal Closing:
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals and secure contracts for the provision of manpower services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the staffing or manpower services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
