As the Digital Growth & Social Media Manager for DriveMate’s B2C side, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build our online community, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue. Your role will combine creative content development with data-driven growth tactics, helping to shape DriveMate as the go-to solution for individuals seeking simplified vehicle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), creating posts that resonate with our target audience of vehicle owners.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through organic and paid channels.
- Influencer and Brand Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and industry advocates to increase DriveMate’s visibility and credibility among individual car owners.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and blogs, that highlights DriveMate’s benefits and encourages user interaction.
- Growth and Revenue Generation: Identify and implement growth tactics and promotional campaigns that drive B2C sales, track campaign performance, and optimize based on analytics.
- Customer Feedback & Community Engagement: Engage with the DriveMate community, respond to inquiries, collect feedback, and analyze user needs to inform marketing and product improvements.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics, assess campaign performance, and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar growth-focused role.
- Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills, with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and data analytics.
- Ability to think creatively, take initiative, and work independently to meet growth goals.
