Role Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a User Experience & Engagement Specialist. This role is about understanding our entrepreneurs deeply, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform, and cultivating strong relationships. If you’re passionate about creating memorable user experiences and building strong customer relationships, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Insights: Dive into data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and areas of improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Engage with users to collect feedback, turning these insights into actionable improvements.
- Enhance Onboarding : Continuously enhance the onboarding process, ensuring entrepreneurs get maximum value from day one.
- User Engagement: Develop and roll out strategies to engage entrepreneurs through their lifecycle, promoting deeper platform integration and feature adoption.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and support teams to share insights and drive customer-centric initiatives.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sociology or a related field.
- Proven experience in user engagement, customer success, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
