Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the security operations in the assigned region, managing a team of security personnel, developing and implementing security strategies, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and driving business growth in the region.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and assess risks and develop effective solutions
• Knowledge of security industry regulations and best practices
• Experience in client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
