We’re looking for a systems-minded, process-driven Quality Assurance Specialist to test and validate all process and products across all departments and frontiers.
Your Core Mission:
Create processes that stand the test of time and Guarantee quality across all business units by identifying flaws, inefficiencies, or risks in any product, platform, or process before they become a problem.
You will work cross-functionally with:
Product & Engineering (LMS, dashboards, automations)
Operations & Delivery (learner experience, live sessions, bootcamp flows)
Admissions & Onboarding (application portals, CRM flows, payments)
Marketing & Comms (email triggers, content workflows)
Strategy & Execution (internal reporting, SOP compliance)
Human Resources
Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Design and run test cases for both all systems and operational processes
Identify friction points, and system / structure failures
Scrutinize and Validate all new launches, updates, automations, and workflow changes
Create test plans and maintain detailed QA documentation
Collaborate with product leads, ops managers, and tech teams on fixes
Proactively audit ongoing processes across departments for integrity, efficiency, and compliance
Ensure every business unit is operating on consistent SOPs
Simulate real-world user journeys (students, staff, applicants) to spot issues before they do
Enusure Standard Operating Procedures exist for all processes across all departments
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degrees in any field
3+ years in QA, operations auditing, process control, or systems testing
You break things intentionally to rebuild them stronger
You’re a process-improvement thinker
Obsessed with clarity, systems thinking, and zero-error execution
Excellent at documentation, communication, and reporting
Experience with QA tools, workflow automation platforms, and LMS (advantageous)
Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
