We are seeking for a Senior Social Media Manager with strong experience in restaurants and club media management. He/Shewho will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages our audience, and drives traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of social media specialists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping our online presence.
Responsibilities:

· Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the social media landscape.
· Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content tailored to each social media platform.
· Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all channels.
· eam Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media specialists, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
· Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.
· Community Engagement: Manage and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
· Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance brand loyalty.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
· Collaborate with other departments to promote events, products, and initiatives through social media.
· Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement relevant strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of developing successful social media strategies.
· Strong experience in restaurants and club social media management
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Experience with managing and leading a team.
· Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
· Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive decision-making.
