Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals, optimizing efficiency and profitability.
• Re-analyze and align the company’s strategy and growth with a dedicated operating systems
• Develop and advance on companies SOPs and project systems
• Proven experience in a senior operations and marketing oversight role, preferably within the design or creative industry.
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
