Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational plans, strategies, and policies to meet the goals of the organisation. Continuously evaluate and modify tactics to conform to changing business requirements.
- Implement changes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Supervise the distribution and administration of resources, such as staff, tools, and expenditures. Keep an eye on how resources are being used and modify as necessary.
- Implement quality assurance processes and protocols, too meet and exceed customers expectations
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, track performance, and guarantee efficient and timely delivery of products and services.
- Inventory management
- Track operational efficacy by using data and Key performance indicators (KPI). Make decisions based on data to enhance procedures and get better results.
- Work closely with Management by reporting operational performance on a weekly basis to achieve the company’s goals.
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management with 8+ years experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to solve problems and make reliable decisions
