Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Support Analyst at Gidicredit Limited. The Operations Support Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and productivity. The role is located in Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of business process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HND in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- 1-2 year experience in operations,banking or lending.
