Personal Assistant at City Sports

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
•⁠ ⁠Handle official correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs as required.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Assist with research, project follow-up, and other executive tasks.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Degree in Business Administration, Office
•⁠ ⁠⁠Management, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠⁠interest & Knowledge of Sports
•⁠ ⁠⁠Min 3 years’ experience in an executive or personal assistant role.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to work independently and under pressure.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Previous experience supporting senior management is a plus.
