
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle official correspondence, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs as required.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
• Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with research, project follow-up, and other executive tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Office
• Management, or a related field.
• interest & Knowledge of Sports
• Min 3 years’ experience in an executive or personal assistant role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Previous experience supporting senior management is a plus.
