Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Marketing Specialist at OneHealth. The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for market research, developing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales and product management teams, and effective communication to drive product success. The role offers flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to successfully launch and promote products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product management teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Create and manage advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive product awareness and lead generation.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning for products, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and case studies.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in market research and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in sales and product management.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating and managing advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
