Location: Lagos

JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager will be responsible for pre-, during, and post-project activities, including scoping, implementation, monitoring, management, documentation, and ensuring that all the projects are delivered as per project management principles and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • · Oversee the development of the project scope.
  • · Monitor and evaluate each project to ensure they meet company standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • · Report project status and provide recommendations for areas of concern.
  • · Coordinate and direct team activities for excellent project deliveries.
  • · Draft new and improved existing project management office policies and processes.
  • · Monitor and Document the project’s creation, development, and execution, as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
  • · Support in conducting proof of consent (POC) exercises.
  • · Submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans, as well as the proper execution of said plans.
  • · Meeting and bridging between OEM and clients to identify and resolve issues.
  • · Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
  • · Provide technical presentations and proposals on projects to clients.
  • · Designing and signing off on contracts
  • · Participating in the tender process i.e., design, submission, and review.
  • · Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • · Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • · Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful projects

Requirement and Qualification:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related course, and must have completed national service.
  • · At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • · Strong leadership skills.
  • · Good written and verbal communication skills
  • · Excellent organizational and technical abilities.
  • · Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • · Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
