Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer at Gtext Holdings in Ikeja. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks such as interpersonal communication, appointment scheduling, customer service, sales, and effective communication to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in telemarketing or sales
- Knowledge of the tech, real estate, or investment industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
