Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at Black Female Founders Hub. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing compelling copy.

Responsibilites

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies
  • Content Creation and Management
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and conversations.
  • Social Media Analytics and Reporting
  • Maintain consistency in tone and style across all social media channels

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in content strategy and writing
  • Ability to create engaging and creative content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media
  • Experience with social media analytics tools
  • Relevant experience in the entrepreneurial or start-up ecosystem
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
