Location: VI, Lagos

Summary
As the head of sales, you will be the lead in our sales and growth team, responsible for creating partnerships and acquiring and maintaining relationships with merchants and partners. You will be involved in developing strategies for market penetration and business spread. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the process of acquiring new merchants and partners is seamless and customer experiences are in line with industry best practices.

Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalents in social sciences/Humanities from reputable institutions.
▪ 6 – 8 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in the industry
▪ Knowledge and working experience with the rollout of financial payment solutions.
▪ Must have passion for financial payment solutions
▪ Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and industry
▪ The ability to confidently manage a high-performing team is essential.
▪ Ability to communicate and make credible presentations at all levels
▪ The ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms is essential.
▪ Organizing, prioritizing, and multi-tasking are essential.
▪ Presentation and negotiation skills are essential working conditions
