Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to deliver excellent customer service.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office tools; CRM experience is a plus.
