Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Executive at LEADWAY. You will be primarily located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
