Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Lagos with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and preparing and delivering sales presentations. The role includes meeting sales goals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Experience in preparing and delivering sales presentations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
