
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for the fintech company and hotel, in line with their overall marketing objectives.
- Manage and maintain the social media accounts of both organizations, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate high-quality content that is relevant to both the fintech and hotel industries, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and other engaging formats.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams of both organizations to ensure social media campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and fintech and hotel marketing, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and product development, to ensure social media efforts support overall business goals.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the fintech industry and ensure all social media activities adhere to these guidelines.
Requirement:
- Proven work experience as a social media manager, preferably in the fintech and hotel industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret social media data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fintech and hotel industry trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
