Position Overview:
As the Placement Manager at FliT Inc, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition and placement efforts. Your role will involve identifying top-notch talent, matching them with our client’s needs, and ensuring a successful placement process. This is an exciting opportunity to drive talent acquisition in a fully remote capacity while collaborating closely with our CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source top-tier talent through various channels, including online platforms, social networks, referrals, and industry events.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with our client companies to understand their talent needs, culture, and specific job requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Matching and Placement: Skillfully match candidates to client roles, ensuring alignment with both the candidate’s career aspirations and the client’s requirements. Oversee the placement process from start to finish.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pool of high-potential candidates for future placement opportunities.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, job market dynamics, and emerging talent needs. Provide strategic insights to clients regarding talent acquisition.
- Candidate Support: Offer career guidance, interview coaching, and support to candidates throughout the placement process.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition and placement. Use data-driven insights to refine processes and improve outcomes.
- Compliance: Ensure all placement activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including equal opportunity employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or placement, with a strong track record of successful placements, preferably in the technology or software development industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition software and platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple placement processes simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset and a commitment to exceeding placement targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fully remote work environment
