Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advert Sales professional at StarTimes Nigeria, located in Lagos. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management with companies, agencies and individuals seeking for advert placement opporrtunity, while also negotiating with existing partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling advertising space and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • able to make presentation and carry out research of brands and companies
  • able to propose various platforms for advertisement and content placement to the client
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in sales, including prospecting, presenting, and closing deals
  • Ability to train and motivate a sales team
  • Proven track record in sales management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
