Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical experts, product managers, and subject matter specialists to understand and interpret complex technical information.
- Produce clear, compelling, and informative content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation.
- Translate intricate technical jargon into accessible and engaging language that resonates with a diverse readership.
- Develop and maintain a consistent and brand-aligned tone and style in all content.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure content relevance.
- Conduct in-depth research to create well-informed, data-driven content pieces.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize content for search engine performance and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong research skills and the ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using document collaboration tools, such as Google Docs or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with creating visual content (infographics, diagrams) is a plus.
