Job Title- Senior Content Editor (Remote Work)

Job Timings: 7 AM EST to 4 PM EST

Monday to Saturday working

Role Description;

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Content Editor. The Senior Content Editor will be responsible for day-to-day content management, editorial work, web content writing, writing, and research. The Senior Content Editor will work closely and supervise the team to ensure that all written content is professional, accurate, and engaging.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating and effective marketing content, including ad copy, social media posts, blog articles, and more.

Supervise, monitor, edit and proofread content for grammar, style, clarity, and consistency while ensuring it aligns with the brand’s tone and voice, in line with ABA’s legal writing guidelines.

Brainstorm and create original, innovative ideas for ad campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives.

Stay current with industry trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on time and within scope.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior editors and writers on the team.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a Senior Editor in an advertising agency or international company.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your creative prowess.

Familiarity with US writing styles and tones to adapt to different projects and client needs.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Familiarity with SEO best practices

Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is a plus
