We seek a Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the design of user-centric, cutting-edge products that will shape the future of business software.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at 390 Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in defining the user experience for our core products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to develop intuitive, innovative, and impactful designs that resonate with our users. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the design culture and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Product Design: Own the design process from concept through implementation, ensuring seamless user experiences across all 390 products.
• User-Centred Research: Conduct user research to gather insights, creating personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that reflect customer needs and pain points.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
• Data-Driven Design: Use data and user feedback to drive design decisions, iterating on concepts to create intuitive and practical solutions.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain visual design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
• Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive prototypes to test concepts with users and iterate based on findings. Lead usability testing sessions and gather qualitative feedback.
• Post-Launch Optimization: Analyze product performance after launch, using data to drive continuous improvements in the user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
• Expertise in user research, prototyping, wireframing, and UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Proven track record of designing and shipping successful digital products.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
• Strong understanding of data-driven design and ability to translate research into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for solving complex user problems with simple, intuitive designs.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior designers is a plus.
