Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design of our products from concept to launch, ensuring they are user-centric, intuitive, and visually compelling. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create solutions that meet user needs and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Design Projects: Own the end-to-end design process for new features and products, from initial concept through to detailed design and final implementation.
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create user personas, and design user flows to inform product decisions.
- Prototype Development: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with product managers and engineers to align design concepts with technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or payment industry.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and thought process.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- User Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
