About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Programs Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of Earlybrite’s exchange programs by securing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies: Identify, research, and pursue potential partnerships with brands (B2B), government agencies (B2G), NGOs, and educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Earlybrite’s program objectives and business goals.
  • Business Development: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities related to the exchange programs.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to potential partners.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
  • Program Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of the exchange program, including:
  • Visa applications and processing for students and chaperones.
  • Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation).
  • Daily program operations, including schedules, activities, and logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the program coordinator as needed.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of program events and activities.
  • Program Support: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Earlybrite’s exchange programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B, B2G, and NGO partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Passion for education and youth development.
  • Experience in travel planning and logistics is a strong plus.

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing and retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, potential investments, and company performance.
  • Analyze market data and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

Proposal Writing and Partnership Development:

  • Draft compelling proposals, grants, and pitch decks to secure funding and partnerships.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners and sponsors.
  • Negotiate partnership deals and contracts for projects within the Holdco.

Project Operations:

  • Oversee the operational aspects of upcoming projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
