About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Programs Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of Earlybrite’s exchange programs by securing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies: Identify, research, and pursue potential partnerships with brands (B2B), government agencies (B2G), NGOs, and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Earlybrite’s program objectives and business goals.
- Business Development: Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities related to the exchange programs.
- Develop and present compelling proposals to potential partners.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
- Program Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of the exchange program, including:
- Visa applications and processing for students and chaperones.
- Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation).
- Daily program operations, including schedules, activities, and logistics.
- Provide administrative support to the program coordinator as needed.
- Assist with the planning and execution of program events and activities.
- Program Support: Contribute to the continuous improvement of Earlybrite’s exchange programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B, B2G, and NGO partnerships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Passion for education and youth development.
- Experience in travel planning and logistics is a strong plus.
Document Management:
- Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing and retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, potential investments, and company performance.
- Analyze market data and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
Proposal Writing and Partnership Development:
- Draft compelling proposals, grants, and pitch decks to secure funding and partnerships.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners and sponsors.
- Negotiate partnership deals and contracts for projects within the Holdco.
Project Operations:
- Oversee the operational aspects of upcoming projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
