Social Media/Community Manager at Hexavia

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. We seek; creativity, content development, innovative thinking and growth from the candidate.

Responsibilities

1. Developing content and influencer marketing.

Driving thought leadership and promotions.

2. Running company social media advertising campaigns.

3. Formulating high-quality novels written and visual content for each social media campaign.

Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

4. Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.

5. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers/community.

6. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

7. Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

8. Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

9. Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

10. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

11.Engage with prospective clients on all social media platforms

Qualifications

1. Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field with a CGPA of 4.0 and above.

2. Must be proficient in audio/video editing, graphic design and photography. Must be good in social media management.

3. Must be highly proficient in English.

4.Must know how to drive.

5. Being very active on social media is a plus.

6. Having certification(s) is a plus.
