We are seeking a talented and creative Social media & content manager to help us build and grow our online presence. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent storytelling skills, and a passion for creating engaging content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and impactful content across various social media platforms. Also, help shape the company’s online presence, drive engagement, and promote brand awareness through compelling content and innovative strategies.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce engaging social media content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels to enhance brand presence and loyalty.

Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely posts that align with marketing goals and campaigns.

Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely manner to foster engagement and community growth. Build and maintain a strong online community.

Analytics & Optimization: Track the performance of social media content using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media marketing.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team, and other departments to align content with company goals and campaigns.

Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engage new audiences.

Paid Social Campaigns: Assist in the development of paid social media advertising strategies to boost visibility and conversions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media management and Content creator or similar role.

Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and content management tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong creative and storytelling abilities.

Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.

Ability to analyze social media performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

A passion for social media trends and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
