Another man down for Daniella

The Sunday live evictions in the Big Brother Naija house was officiated without any plot twists yesterday. The evictions took the regular fashion with the visitors leaving first. Two more housemates joined the eviction train – Dotun and Allysyn. In Ebuka’s words, it’s another man down for Daniella. The visitors: Eloswag, Chomzy and Doyin who were still in the house following their eviction last week had to finally leave.
Until now, they were hopeful that it was not a real eviction. Chomzy said they were going back upstairs after Biggie asked them to leave the house. But to her greatest disappointment, she was on the podium with Ebuka sourly telling what she would do outside. For the most part, they all wished to continue their relationships outside the house. They will certainly be closely watched.
With Dotun’s eviction, another Adekunle and Daniella situation is lurking. Last week, Adekunle professed feelings to Daniella and even though he did not want to be a piece in their problematic relationship, he promised to get Daniella. While Adekunle was asked these things in one of Ebuka’s table shaking moments, he did not hesitate to say it as it was. Daniella seemed somewhat impressed by the way one guy was waiting to get a chance. What will become of these two? Dotun reiterated that he would be waiting on the outside. The waiting list is getting longer by the weeks. There is some impending drama even after the show.
Furthermore, Ebuka must have consciously raised hell by digging up the dirt in Rachel and Chichi’s now sour friendship. In one of Rachel’s recent rants, she called Chichi a liar. In fact, she mentioned that Chichi was full of lies. This event came after Rachel did not get a chance to see the movie. All the housemates who saw the movie were now Rachel’s potential enemies. We can’t wait to see what time holds for the ladies as their friendship might have just hit rock bottom.
Doyin revealed that she had a thing for Chizzy and would love to take it further outside the house. Well, that came as a pleasant surprise for shoppers. Most viewers thought their romance was merely a strategy. We will be watching out for how long they can preserve their bond outside the game. Allysyn, on the other hand, said “we’ll find out” if she will be an accessory in his relationship outside the house. While responding to Ebuka, she seemed like she didn’t mind being Hermes’ third girlfriend.
Phyna had this to say about her style of leadership: “I cannot kill myself.” In the previous week, it seemed she was involved in more brawls as a leader than the other housemates. While Ebuka felt the need to address this, Phyna totally nonchalant. She executed based on the reality of dealing with adults. She also insisted that since there was punishment for all sorts of violations in the house, she was not bothered about the fights.
With not more than two weeks left on the show, Phyna has emerged the strongest player. There’s so much buzz about her being the possible winner of the show.
It has been a long, bumpy ride and we anticipate more drama to unfold. Keep streaming!
