About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and development opportunities.
Oversee office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and IT support.
Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with the management team to develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience managing a team of administrative staff.
Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.
Experience with office management software.
