We currently have a vacancy for the position of Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will leverage various digital channels and marketing techniques to optimize the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and increase user engagement to increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth and digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align marketing efforts.
• Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in successful growth strategy implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels
• Strong analytical skills for identifying growth opportunities, developing, and executing marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective messaging
• You are a strong networker and relationship builder
• Must live within Ikeja, Lagos, or the vicinity.
